Taking the Leap “Mary Style”

1. We need to hear from Jesus where to leap.

A voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, whom I have

chosen; listen to him.”

Luke 9:35

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will

be given to you as well.

Matthew 6:33

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into

practice is like a wise man who builds his house on the rock.

Matthew 7:24

2. We need to do what he says.

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it

says.

James 1:22

Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death.”

John 8:51

Faith is the fuel to do the 2 step.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we

do not see.
